Pearls or no pearls

As I told you last week I have been working on making a stack of Thank You cards, so that when I have orders to send out I have cards ready, this is not my usual way of doing things as I like to make my cards specific to the person its going to, so I am trying to do a wide range of cards. Here is the last one I made, I have four of these but I have a query, pearls or no pearls????

Although the card needs its sentiment I felt it needed something else.
